Subscription — the idea
A membership-style path where, after approval, you may rotate among up to three different bikes in sequence. We envisage a minimum four-year plan, with monthly payments; shorter plan lengths would likely cap inventory (e.g. up to two bikes for durations below three years) and have stricter rules. We would aim to work with licensed NBFCs and small finance banks (examples of partner types—not a commitment: Muthoot-class gold/NBFC, ESAF-style SFB). Nothing here is a live product or offer; credit and KYC at launch only, subject to final programme terms.
Lease — the idea (India context)
Aligned with how vehicle lease is understood in India: a fixed term to use a bike, with return or end-of-term buyout as per a formal lease, GST, registration, and insurances as applicable and stated in contract—typically via the lessor / finance company, not a casual private two-wheeler rental. Retail 2W lease for individuals is still niche compared to car lease; any SupBike-linked line would be through an authorised lessor / FC with full disclosures, after sign-off. This block is a roadmap summary only—not legal, tax, or offer advice; confirm with a qualified professional before you rely on it.
